We’ve not had experience with these Meredith Fertilizer Spreader Bogies before, but it was interesting to have it pointed out that from a flotation perspective, the benefit is not only taking the weight of the spreader from off the back of the tractor, but that you can start off with a considerably smaller tractor in the first place. The other thing which was good to know was that the angle of the spreader doesn’t change whether it is full or empty, which has added benefit when spreading some of the wider widths.
