Plenty of Sunshine and a very successful show: A big thank you to everyone who visited us over the 2 day show.
Cereals, the UK's premier arable machinery, equipment and services show, was held this year near Duxford in Cambridgeshire. With land drainage and compaction along with black grass still the top issues to be resolved in most arable farmers minds, the J Brock & Sons stand was very busy over the two days of the show. With a large static displays and a substantial working plot, there was ample opportunity to show off both TWB products and a virtual display of our quality used machinery range.
Demonstration area:
Visitors enjoyed viewing the TWB Terminator, Twin leg Magic Mole and 3m mounted subsoiler up close in work on the Demonstration plot. The 3.25m 7leg Terminator primary cultivator was coupled with a John Deere 8360RT and the 3m 5leg subsoiler with shouldered packer was coupled with a John Deere 6210R, both tractors kindly supplied by local John Deere dealer P Tuckwell Ltd. The Twin leg Magic mole was coupled to a CASE IH Quadtrack 550, kindly loaned by local farmers GW Balaam & Son. Despite the light land the machines did a fantastic job, borne out by the reactions of people inspecting them at close quarters, especially the Moledrainer operating at 19" depth for demonstration purposes and holding a mole that any farmer would be proud of.
